The area of intervention consists of a flat, almost circular space joined to the north by a basin-shaped formation at a higher level. Both are residual traces of now-disused quarrying. The project establishes elements of mediation and enhancement, integrating the forms of a tiered semicircular cavea with an articulation of three ramps and terraces that wind along the levels of the rocky basin on the opposite side.

The cavea is bounded along its perimeter by a raised walkway, reached by a stair at the entrance, which extends beyond the rocky crest to become a true mirador towards the coast and the sea. The semicircular volume housing the hemicycle has a semi-transparent consistency given by a cladding of spaced oak slats, making the volume almost ethereal and see-through from inside and out, dialoguing with the rocky crests that surround the area.
