The building arises from an essential oval form, built around two concentric volumes that dialogue with one another. From outside it appears as a compact, unitary body, solid and recognisable, while inside it houses the main hall, developed full-height as the true heart of the space. The result is a balanced architecture in which form, space and function merge to meet acoustic and expressive needs, offering an immersive experience around music.

The heart of the project is the concert hall, designed to offer an optimal listening experience. The 228 seats are distributed over tiered steps studied to ensure complete visibility and a direct relationship with the stage, conceived as a central element connected to the spaces for the musicians. The hall is wrapped by a system of spaces including foyer, rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, stores and technical rooms, organised in a simple radial distribution.

Entry is through a wide double-height foyer, a welcoming and luminous space that distributes towards the hall, the services and the vertical circulation. On the upper level the building houses the teaching and technical functions: rooms for musical education, recording spaces and a gallery overlooking the hall, offering a second way of experiencing events.
