The new district of health and social services is composed of three volumes that separate the different functions: the volume facing Piazza Angela Nikoletti houses the health service, while the one along Via Claudia Augusta houses the social service. This partition allows different access points that guarantee the independence of each service. On the ground floor, along the portico, a glazed volume houses the municipal pharmacy.

The fronts facing the square and Via Claudia Augusta present a double façade that lights the surgeries and offices. Transparency is controlled by a geometric motif printed on the external enamel, drawing closer together where more privacy is required, while a matt, smooth mass of concrete marks the south-facing fronts.
