Internship programme · 2026 edition →
AM3 studio opens its doors to architecture graduates for an internship within real projects, from the urban scale to the construction detail.
The programme
The programme
AM3 Studio runs a scholarship programme for recent graduates, aimed at activating paid internships within its own design team. The initiative develops through an exclusive, non-competitive collaboration with a limited number of selected Technical Partners: Cascino, Saint-Gobain, Tradimalt and TrameUrbane.
The aim is to foster the integration of design culture, applied research and innovation in materials and technologies. The programme activates the studio as a physical space: for a graduate, a bridge between education, practice and technical insight.
The workspace
The workspace
The studio space is conceived as a working and experimentation environment equipped to support the entire design process. Through a multidisciplinary approach, projects — public or private — are developed from conceptualisation (digital modelling, drawing and schematisation), to physical modelling and 3D printing, through to construction (technical drawings and dialogue with contractors and companies). The studio thus becomes a place where research, design and construction coexist and feed one another.
Activities
Activities
The activities vary and adapt to the studio’s workflow.

How to apply
How to apply
To take part, fill in the application form, download the PDF generated by the site and send it as an attachment by email to app@am3studio.it, with the subject «officina AM3 - Candidatura». Your application will then be forwarded to the evaluation team.
Candidates who pass the first online screening phase will be invited to an introductory interview, covering the organisational and logistical aspects of the internship.
The studio will host a maximum of two interns per year. Applications reopen periodically, every 6 months, according to organisational needs and availability.
The aim of this programme is to create a physical place of exchange and interaction between people, practices and projects — a fertile learning space for the most curious.
